1. Eligibility for Returns
- New Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Refurbished Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Accessories and other Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Software, downloadable products, and licenses.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and the RMA number.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
5. Refunds
- New Products: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refurbished Products: After inspection, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Accessories: Refunds for accessories will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
6. Exchanges

7. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
